Si par hasard un organisme privé ou un particulier vous demande une copie de votre carte d'identité ou de tout autre papier (par exemple pour un logement), ce service gratuit du gouvernement français permet d'apposer facilement un filigrane. Cela fonctionne sur les fichiers jpg, png et pdf.
Et le service semble bien pensé :

Le filigrane est transparent, ce qui rend sa suppression difficile.
Les PDF sont préalablement transformés en image (sinon ça serait trop facile de retirer le filigrane).

Donc par exemple pour une agence immobilière qui demande une copie de votre pièce d'identité, vous pouvez ajouter un filigrane : "POUR DEMANDE DE LOGEMENT SEULEMENT" et même ajouter le nom de l'agence.
